Privacy
What this platform records, what it does not, and what you can require of it.
What we do not collect
This is the most important point, so it comes first. AnnaM collects no health data: no records, no session notes, no medical questionnaire, no reason for consulting. Nothing said during a session is recorded by the platform.
Video sessions are end-to-end encrypted: the servers relaying the stream cannot read it. If a recording is made, it is made at the practitioner’s request and the file is downloaded to her own computer — the platform keeps no copy.
What we do collect
Strictly what the service needs to work:
- Your email address, without which no sign-in link can reach you.
- Your first name, if you choose to provide it.
- Your language and time zone, so dates display correctly.
- For each sign-in: the date, the browser used and the originating IP address. These let you see your active sessions and revoke any you do not recognise.
Why, and on what basis
This data identifies you, secures your access and provides the service you asked for. None of it is used for advertising, none is sold, none feeds any profiling.
There is no advertising tracker, no third-party analytics and no social network button on this site.
Who else has access
Two providers are involved, each for one specific task:
- Resend, which delivers sign-in emails and receives your email address for that purpose.
- Hostinger, which hosts the server and the database, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
For how long
Your account is kept for as long as you keep it. You can delete it yourself from your settings: deletion actually erases your data rather than hiding it.
Sign-in links expire fifteen minutes after being sent and work only once.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to its processing. Write to [à compléter]. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.
